Award winning cellist Maja Bugge is coming to Rookhow with MOOT, an exciting new duo exploring her lyrical and meditative cello playing with drummer and french horn player Ben McCabe. The duo will perform compositions and improvisations from their album Together as well as new tunes featuring the sound of declining seabirds alongside melodies, grooves, repetition and stillness.
Moot was brilliantly received at their debut gig in London in November 24 and has since done music for silent film and storytelling shows.
